Do you take insurance?
We are not in network with Insurance companies, although we do take HSA/FSA. Here is why: We do not because we want to make sure you and your family get the care you DESERVE. We strive to provide the best quality care while keeping it affordable- especially for families! We are a cash-based wellness office serving whole families. Truly provides many different payment plans, both for individuals and families, to help meet everyone's needs. We choose to allow each practice member to choose what is best for themselves and their families. In our office, we work for YOU, not a premium!
What technique do we use?
We utilize a variety of adjusting techniques throughout care- including diversified, thompson, Neuro-Tonal chiropractic. Our entire Doctor team is Webster Certified with additional training in the Pediatric Experience and ICPA.
Why should I go to a chiropractor during my pregnancy?
Research shows that prenatal chiropractic care contributes to more straightforward labor with less pain and trauma for mother and child. It can improve the balance and alignment of the spine and pelvis, therefore leading to a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery for mother and baby. By restoring balance to the nervous system through gentle and specific nervous system-centered chiropractic adjustments, optimal function is restored to the reproductive organs, thus supporting your baby's needs throughout pregnancy. Our Doctors are certified in Webster Technique from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
When should I see a chiropractor postpartum?
We hope to see you just as soon as you are ready. Our chiropractors offer postpartum home visits to practice members who are seen throughout their pregnancy. Our doctors have a great respect for and honor the immediate postpartum period.
How soon can I bring my baby into the chiropractor?
We hope to see your little one just as soon as you are ready to bring them into the office. Our evaluation of your little one will include a thorough history- starting with how the pregnancy, birth, and immediate postpartum experiences have gone- as well as what's working and not working right now. We will also do nervous system scans at their first appointment. Our doctors have extensive training in pediatrics via The Pediatric Experience and ICPA.
How do I know which Doctor I will see?
At Truly, we operate as a team. This means you will see each of the Doctors and experience their own unique styles of care. A team-based care approach allows us to have multiple perspectives as well as accountability and support. No matter who you are seeing, take comfort in the fact that we review cases and charts weekly, and all chiropractors are in constant communication.
What are the insight scans?
Our scans give us a comprehensive assessment of the nervous system as it is presently functioning. They are non invasive and do not involve radiation. There is no input to the system, only collection of information.

→ The Surface EMG measures the energy that’s being distributed in your muscles/body.
→ The Thermal measures the temperature along your spine showing any stress/inflammation on your nervous system.
